Teaching Experience
I taught violin in Swansea University as part of their subsidiary course between 1994 and 1996. During this time I also taught in Neath College as part of a HND course in Media Studies.
I taught violin and guitar in private schools in Swansea - Oakleigh House Preparatory School and Ffynone House School, during the same period. I have run my own successful business as a private teacher of violin and viola since 1985.
My students regularly acheive entry into local county orchestras and high standards including grade 8 and above. I have a relaxed and friendly aproach to teaching and include many styles of music that pertain to the violin and viola including cafe music, bluegrass, jazz as well as classical. |
