I am a retired scientist, enthusiastic about teaching kids to play violins. Long ago I scored a Grade VIII (distinction) in UK and since then have enjoyed a wide range of chamber music and orchestral playing (now usually on the viola) in a community orchestra (Metropolitan Symph. in Perth), in brilliant music camps in Albany (Aust), and at home in a purpose built space. My wife (cello) and I often travel in Europe and at the moment are looking forward to a week of quartets in Wissembourg (France) at a friend's house. |
